A middle-aged woman in the Zhongyuan District of Zhengzhou City was accidentally washed away by heavy water while she was taking shelter from the rain. In a panic, the woman hugged a street tree on the side of the road to escape.
The trapped woman was discovered by community workers in Linshanzhai Street. The community members found two red banners as emergency rescue ropes to risk rescue. Finally, with the help of community volunteers, the woman successfully escaped from the dangerous stagnant water area.
