A memorial service will be held on the 20th at the facility that was rebuilt at the site five years before the murder of 19 people at a facility for people with intellectual disabilities in Sagamihara City.

At the trial, the names of the victims were heard anonymously except for the one announced by their mother, but the memorial monument built this time was engraved with the names of seven people, including this one.

In July 2016, in the case where 19 residents were killed at the prefectural facility for the intellectually disabled "Tsukui Yamayurien" in Sagamihara City, the police anonymously announced the victims as the intention of the bereaved family and tried it. However, only "Miho-san," whose mother decided to announce it, was called by name, and 18 people were heard anonymously.

Under these circumstances, it was revealed by interviews with the people concerned that the names of seven victims, including Miho, were engraved on the "requiescats monument" built by the prefecture in front of the facility to coincide with the memorial service on the 20th. It was.

A flower stand is set up in front of a 1.8-meter-diameter water mirror that says "Living Together", and it is engraved with an illustration of a golden-rayed lily flower.

The prefecture will add a new name if the bereaved family wishes.

A memorial service will be held from 10 am on the 20th, and flowers will be donated to the monument.
