Regarding this, 24 residents of Ota Ward and Setagaya Ward who live around the place where the tunnel will pass have filed a lawsuit against JR Central to suspend the construction.



According to the complaint, the residents may suffer similar damage due to the collapse of the road in Chofu City, Tokyo, which was held in the same deep underground last October, and the right to live safely. Is infringed.



In addition, the tunnel construction plan has caused damage such as a drop in land prices in the surrounding area.
