Crossed views on the links between minerals and health from Antiquity to the present day ... From the best of lithotherapy to the worst of heavy metals, how to maintain an iron health?

Publicity

Today we are going to take a look at minerals, their effects and their uses for our health. If gold and copper have been known since Antiquity for their therapeutic virtues, what about the others? : crystals of quartz, jade, amethyst or cinnabar which fascinate us so much. Beyond their beauty, what symbolic, cosmetic, spiritual or therapeutic uses have men and women made of them? How have modern, medical, chemical, crystallographic sciences made our knowledge evolve and also enlightened the health dangers of asbestos, for example?
