Zeng Xiaoyao is a rural girl who was born and raised in the countryside. After graduating from a teacher's college in Jiangxi Province in 2019, after graduating from preschool education, she went to Zhuzhou, Hunan to work as a kindergarten teacher.
At the end of 2020, when she learned that the village committee of her hometown was changed, she moved home to become a village official.
