The idea for this article was inspired by a conversation with my friend Professor Tarek Wahdan, the former cultural advisor to the Arab Republic of Egypt in the United Arab Emirates, as some people tend to indulge in yoga or “meditation”, when they feel psychological and emotional emptiness, or feel work pressure or pressure Life in general, and those who practice yoga do not mind waking up early, and literally committing to sitting for hours in their practice or similar meditative activities. Of course, meditation and contemplation are required, and learning does not happen by passing through experiences and experiences, but it happens by contemplating and contemplating those experiences.

I practiced yoga as a way of learning, and attended training courses in it, and learned about the seven chakras supposed to be found in the human body, and the word “chakra” is derived from the ancient Sanskrit language, meaning wheel or circle, which are pathways for the flow of energy, and according to yoga literature there are more Of the hidden chakras in the body, up to 114 chakras, and there are 72,000 energy channels, and many claims and claims that have no scientific evidence, and there are an infinite number of types of yoga, and an infinite number of claims that are not The training team in that course was able to answer a question from it, or provide me with one scientific evidence for the validity of the existence of these chakras, and they were content to point out that the research proved the flow of energy in the human body, without giving a title to any of those researches.

There may be some really useful practices, but the spread of yoga has become just a trade, and it may give a sense of relief in the short term, but I do not think that it has a long-term effect, and if the motive for practicing yoga is to treat psychological stress, why not resort to our Creator Almighty And that we commit ourselves to prayer, the true prayer that involves speaking to the Creator and recalling our presence in His hands, the Almighty, why not go back to the words of God Almighty, and try to be sincere in soliloquy, supplication, and seeking help from God, for whoever seeks help from God will suffice him.

I wonder who wakes up actively at five in the morning to practice a yoga session, when it is hard to wake up for the dawn prayer.

I imagine that if we read God’s words and contemplated them, and sat quietly and contemplated the greatness and favors of the Creator over us, and resorted to Him in asking for help and assistance, a lot would change and we would enjoy psychological peace and tranquility, without trying to digest the idea of the chakras and the strangeness of the Sanskrit world.

Many in the West have turned to yoga and Buddhism, and unfortunately we have forgotten that the solutions to all our problems are found in the heavenly books, so why waste our time, effort and money in experiments that do not fatten or enrich from hunger.

Let us remember the words of God Almighty: I know you narrow your chest what they say glorify the praise of your Lord and be of worship and worship your Lord until comes to you the certainty (Sura stone), glorify the praise of your Lord and be of worship and worship your Lord until comes to you the certainty .. What a wonderful speech and the easiest solution .

• We forgot that the solutions to all our problems are found in the heavenly books, so why waste our time, effort and money in experiences that do not make us fat or enrich us from hunger.
