Yanagawa City's "Light Boat" is run by a local tourist association so that you can enjoy the famous sightseeing river boat ride on summer nights.



On the night of the 16th, the first day of the season, after a Shinto ritual to pray for the safety of the flight, city executives and others boarded a boat with lanterns.

In order to prevent the infection of the new coronavirus, the number of light boats is reduced to less than half of the normal capacity and only reserved.



On the other hand, the boarding fee is partially subsidized by the city, so it is possible to rent out the boarding fee from 6000 yen per ship, which is cheaper than usual.
