Twitter has blocked the account of the bullfighter José Antonio "Morante de la Puebla" for posting several videos of Saturday's bullfight in Algeciras (Cádiz) and considering that this was promoting "sadistic pleasure."
The cigarette bullfighter has condemned this action by Twitter with a message stating that "
Freedom in this country does not exist. Enough is enough"
and has also uploaded a screenshot of the reasons why this social network has temporarily blocked him your official account.
According to Twitter, these publications (a moment of the slaughter of his second bull and the third of banderillas that he also starred in this same bull) violate several of its rules, specifically the one that prohibits the publication of multimedia content that shows "free bloody scenes."
"You cannot share excessively graphic multimedia content (eg serious injuries, torture ...) Exposure to gory scenes can be harmful, especially if the content is published with the intention of causing delight in cruelty or sadistic pleasure" notes Twitter.
Twitter thus joins other platforms and social networks such as YouTube, Vimeo or Facebook
that also restrict and eliminate this content uploaded by their users.
