[Explanation] On July 15, Hongrui Sun, a young man from Hong Kong, received the key to his newly rented apartment in Nansha District, Guangzhou. He couldn't wait to share with his friends how satisfied he was with this 40-square-meter apartment.
The memory of his family living in a 20-square-meter residence in Hong Kong when he was a child still impresses Sun Hongrui.

[Explanation] Hongrui Sun's apartment is located in Nansha "Hong Kong and Macau New Youth Apartments". These brand new apartments will be officially opened to the public on July 15th. There are 22 apartments with an area ranging from 29 to 52 square meters. The focus is on starting a business in Nansha Hong Kong and Macau youths provide accommodation convenience.
The surrounding facilities of the apartment are also complete, and the rent is equivalent to half of the market price.

Wu Jiahui, the founder of the Youth Innovation Base, is also a Hong Kong youth. He chose to come to the mainland to start a business a few years ago. He quickly gained a foothold and achieved success. Now he has turned from an entrepreneur to a guide for entrepreneurs. It has opened up a new platform for more young people from Hong Kong and Macau to come to the Mainland to start their own businesses.

[Explanation] According to statistics, as of the end of June 2021, Nansha District has settled in 7 Hong Kong and Macao youth innovation and entrepreneurship bases, and over 300 entrepreneurial teams have signed contracts, of which 240 are Hong Kong and Macao youth entrepreneurship projects.
