This Thursday, July 15, the government is launching the Interministerial Committee on Secularism under the aegis of the Prime Minister.

Replacing the secularism observatory deemed too lax, the committee will have to put in place a series of measures.

Some are already known, such as the training of civil servants in secularism, and particularly teachers, or the establishment of a national secularism day.

The explanations of Hakim El Karaoui, researcher at the Montaigne Institute.
