In Venezuela, the former oil paradise, Maracaibo, has become the symbol of the country's descent into hell.
This city, the second in Venezuela, was the most prosperous and the most modern when oil flowed.
But with the economic crisis, it is hit hard by the economic slump, power cuts, water and gasoline shortages.
It is a city adrift where the inhabitants sink into misery.
