Recently, the police in Nan'an District of Chongqing uncovered a case of selling counterfeit high-end liquor, and seized more than 4,000 bottles of fake Moutai, Wuliangye, Langjiu and Jiannanchun liquor, involving a total of more than 20 million yuan.

At present, Tang Moumou, the suspect in the case, has been arrested by the Nan'an District People's Procuratorate.

The police investigation found that the suspect, Tang Moumou, used his identity as a collector as a cover to gain the trust of the buyer, and under the guise of "fate", he voluntarily participated in a fake wine tasting meal without the buyer's awareness. Afterwards, the suspect once again guided by "fate" and asked the buyer to voluntarily pay for the wine and food they tasted.

The "tasting" of these counterfeit well-known brand old wines were mostly the suspects who bought 50 yuan of liquor from the market, packaged them into well-known brand old wines and sold them to the victims at prices ranging from 3,000 to 5,000.
