Haval and also rapper Yasin were both sentenced to prison in July after a notorious attempt to kidnap a young artist.
Yasin was sentenced to ten months in prison for preparation for kidnapping, and Haval was given two years and six months for aiding and abetting kidnapping and robbery against the same artist.
