The towering mountains and dark clouds are on top. Crisis and thrilling struggles are on the horizon in the Jiangxi mountainous area in the 1930s.

Tian Yumei, a Communist Party member who escaped from the execution ground, complained in blood, determined to fight the enemy to the end...

Last night, to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the new classic national opera "Daughter of the Party" produced by the National Centre for the Performing Arts ushered in its premiere.

Conductor Li Xincao performed on the spot, soprano singer Lei Jia, baritone singer Liao Changyong and other 7 main actors, and the artists of the National Centre for the Performing Arts, chorus, orchestra, and China National Orchestra once again revolutionized the revolution. The moving stories of Communist Party members of the period brought to the audience with their firm beliefs.

In 1991, to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the classic national opera "Daughter of the Party" was rehearsed by the Opera Troupe of the General Political Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (now the People's Liberation Army Art Troupe).

The opera "Daughter of the Party" is adapted from the literary script of the movie of the same name in 1958. Yan Su (written), Wang Jian, He Dongjiu, and Wang Shouyuan served as screenwriters, Wang Zujie, Zhang Zhuoya, Yin Qing, Wang Xiren, Ji Cheng, Fang Tianxing served as composers, and Peng Liyuan Famous opera performers such as Yang Hongji and Yang Hongji successfully created the first generation of "Tian Yumei" and "Seven Shugong" and other classic stage figures in the first round of creative performances. They can be called a model of national opera. "There is a shining star on the horizon" and "Wanli". Classic chants such as "Spring in the Homeland" and "Azalea" are widely circulated.

In 1992, the play won the second Wenhua Award. In 1999, it participated in the performance to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and won several national art awards.

Thirty years later, with the support of the Art Department of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Propaganda Bureau of the Political Work Department of the Central Military Commission, and the PLA Cultural and Art Center, the National Centre for the Performing Arts returned with classics.

Wang Ning, Dean of the National Centre for the Performing Arts, said: "The new production of the National Centre for the Performing Arts not only pays tribute to the red classics, but also allows the heroic image to continue strong vitality on the stage, to create the soul of faith, and to stand up the backbone of faith."

In terms of the artistic level and the spiritual core of the works, "Daughter of the Party" stays upright.

Lei Jia, who plays Tian Yumei, fully expresses the character's revolutionary spirit of endless life and fighting.

In the sixth scene of the strongest drama conflict, Gui Ying sacrifices, Tian Yumei conceals her comrades, and takes her daughter to brave justice. The plots are closely linked and closely spread. Lei Jia’s singing voice is sometimes delicate and sometimes clanging, bringing Tian Yumei’s feelings. The animations are clearly hierarchically portrayed. The nearly 8-minute aria "A Thousand Miles of Spring Is Full of Homeland" is amazing; Liao Changyong's Qi Shugong, an old man who gathers medicine, uses "the loyalty and traitor since ancient times a dilemma" and "I will choose the great responsibility" Waiting for the transcripts presents an old, strong, and morally ardent ancestor; Xue Haoyin jumps out of the masked interpretation of the villain, "My blood is hotter than you" and other transcripts show the cunning, cowardly, and hateful of the traitor Ma Jiahui The interpretation is three-pointers... In addition, the National Grand Theater Orchestra and the Central National Orchestra led by Li Xincao have exquisite performances, expressing the banqiang sings and the national folk music tones in the play with full tension.

"The performance of this work in 30 years will not tolerate any mistakes." Li Xincao said frankly that the entire crew is under a lot of pressure.

"Since very early, we have started all kinds of work." Lei Jia said, "We hope to steadily take over the classics from our predecessors, and then pass them on steadily."

While maintaining integrity, innovation is imperative under the new background of the times.

On stage presentation, this edition of "Daughter of the Party" has been restructured, and modern stage technologies such as multimedia have brought a new aesthetic experience.

The bluestone slabs, horse head walls, wooden planks and blue tiles are scattered and scattered. The architectural style of southern Jiangxi reproduces the thrilling stories of "catching traitors" and "raising pickles" in the play; when Yumei and Guiying recalled their youthful past, they were hidden in The multimedia images projected by the ice screen on the stage are dreamlike and fascinating; among the bamboo forests of the mountains, 200 bamboos are suspended on the stage, and the depth feels like being on the scene...

To the audience Zhao, who is in college, "The Daughter of the Party" is a particularly vivid party class. "The stories on the stage are very substituting. I can really feel the spirit of the Communist Party members' dedication to the revolution." An audience member, Mr. Wang, burst into tears during the performance. “Tian Yumei and other characters’ loyalty to the party’s cause and steadfastness to their beliefs touched me very much. Especially since the party’s centuries, the sacrifices made by the predecessors made us more important Thinking about how to make new contributions to realize the Chinese Dream."

The National Grand Theater version of the classic folk opera "Daughter of the Party" will continue until July 18.

Today, another group of actors including Wu Jing, Wang Hexiang, Wang Zenan, Jiang Ning, Kou Jing, Tian Mi Mi, Liang Yufeng and others will continue on stage.
