In Pingjiang Village, Pingjiang Town, Rongjiang County, Guizhou Province, there is a peculiar tree, and a banyan tree grows from a fir tree.
The cedar tree is about 15 meters high, the trunk is strong, and the banyan tree has rooted on the cedar tree. The two take nutrients together.
The two-in-one cedar and banyan trees are now flourishing and growing well.
Because this "tree-in-the-tree" grows beside the road in Pingjiang Village, this peculiar landscape often attracts passersby onlookers, and everyone takes pictures here.
According to Wu Minghong, director of the Pingjiang Village Committee, the "tree in the tree" is about 60 years old, and the two trees survived by "depending on each other for life".
