In the early morning of July 13, torrential rain fell in Dalian, Liaoning, and there was a large amount of stagnant water on the west side of Dalian South China Square. Several people were trapped in a critical condition.

The Zhonghua Road Fire and Rescue Station immediately dispatched 2 vehicles and 12 people to the scene.

After arriving at the scene, firefighters conducted a careful investigation and found that the water level at the scene was high, making it impossible for the fire truck to move forward.

The officers and men braved the heavy rain to walk to the disaster relief site and quickly plunged into flood fighting and rescue.

Four cars were unable to drive in the middle of the road. Then six firefighters carried spear hooks to explore the road and quickly carried out investigations on surrounding vehicles to help the owners push the flooded vehicles to a safe area.
