"Unacceptable phenomenon"

"It is not a Lyon phenomenon but a phenomenon that affects all major cities", underlines the prefect of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Pascal Mailhos, denouncing an "unacceptable phenomenon from the point of view of security and tranquility ”.

And to explain that, if the authors of rodeos are sometimes not arrested "immediately" for security reasons, "this is not why there is no follow-up", in particular thanks the operation of video surveillance.
