The group BTS, which is providing pleasant energy with the upbeat new song 'Permission to Dance', got an enthusiastic response from the deaf.

It was thanks to the special choreography using international sign language in 'Permission to Dance'.

In the music video, BTS said, "We don't need permission to dance" literally, to everyone who had a hard day, 'You can dance as much as you like without permission'. delivered a positive message.

In particular, I added a lively feeling to the easy choreography that anyone can follow, and it was a movement using international sign language.

The gesture of scratching the body with the thumb extended and the other fingers half-bent means 'fun', and the movement of the two fingers of the other hand left and right with one palm as the stage means 'dance'.

Finally, a two-handed V gesture was also included, which symbolizes 'peace'.

In response, the deaf YouTuber Ha-dal gathered the reactions of the deaf who saw BTS's performances and introduced them to his channel.

In the video, the deaf easily followed the performance in 'Permission to Dance' and praised it, saying, "It's really amazing. Thank you for making a music video that feels really good and beautiful."

In addition, Ms. Ha Moon praised, "It is important to use international sign language, but the most important thing is to make a facial expression. BTS expressed a lively feeling and a happy expression really well."

Also, on the 9th, on the online community and SNS, a BTS fan posted a post saying, "I watched a music video with my cousin, who has a hearing impairment."

The fan said, "I was watching the music video with my cousin, and my cousin said, 'You want me to dance,' and I was happy. I am crying after hearing this."

BTS used sign language not only in this music video but also when they appeared on US CBS 'The Late Show With Stephen Colbert' in May.

It was a corner where they explained the main word in their own way of expression, but at the end, all the members spoke 'butter' in sign language.

In 2019, leader RM donated 100 million won to Seoul Samsung School, a special school, to use it for music education for deaf students.

RM's donations are being used to increase the music education and artistic performance of deaf students.
