Unprepared heavy rainfall triggered mudslides in the Wutaishan area of Xinzhou City, causing traffic jams and casualties.
In order to prevent casualties and property losses caused by severe weather such as heavy rainfall, the Xinzhou Municipal Government decided to suspend ticket sales and reception of tourists in scenic spots such as Wutai Mountain, Luya Mountain, and Laoniu Bay, and exercise control over people and vehicles entering the scenic spots until Control ends at 10 o'clock on the 12th.
