"I watched a lot of Bruce Lee's movies. At first I thought that every Chinese can know Kungfu. When I meet friends, ask me Kungfu? Teach me Kungfu." Telford from India has lived in China for 16 years. He is now China has opened a chain of Indian restaurants.

Telford stated that it was his "Kung Fu Dream" that he came to China to develop.

From a waiter to a foreign restaurant manager, he found that there were huge differences in Chinese and Indian cultures and did not understand each other enough, so he gave up his high-paying job and took root in Xi'an to open a Sino-Indian cultural exchange restaurant.
