Imprisonment for a Russian deprived his neighbors of sleep by “neighing horses”

In a judicial precedent, a court in the Russian city of Nizhny Novgorod issued a ruling against a man who for years had been hurting, and depriving them of sleep, his neighbors in an apartment building with the noise of horses neighing.

The court imposed on the citizen, Yuri Kondratyv, a suspended sentence of 3.5 years in prison.

Russia 24 channel clarified that a dispute broke out between Kondratiev and his neighbors years ago, as this citizen accused his neighbors in Amara Kondratiev of disturbing him with constant noise.

In these circumstances, Kondratiev decided to take revenge on his citizen neighbors by playing rock music with a high level of noise, and then replacing it with recording the neighing of horses, late at night.

Although Kondratiev's neighbors filed more than 80 complaints with the authorities and the police repeatedly arrived at his apartment, he refused to give up his annoying style, claiming that he had the right to do so inside his apartment.

A neighbor of Kondratiev told the channel that this dispute and the unbearable noise that resulted in it claimed the life of a resident of Amarah, who could no longer bear this situation.
