Just a week after his release from prison, Bill Cosby is already considering the possibility of returning on tour with a show.

It was not the 83-year-old comedian but his spokesperson, Andrew Wyatt, who suggested the possibility.

“A number of promoters have called.

The owners of comedy clubs called.

People want to see it, ”assured the spokesperson to Inside Edition.

Words that may be puzzling in view of the controversy caused by the release of Bill Cosby who, far from having been exonerated, only released from detention because of a procedural flaw recognized by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania after serving just over two years of a sentence that had been set at between three and ten years.

No bad publicity

"He is not released because he is innocent," responded Lisa Bloom, the lawyer who represents three of the women who accuse Bill Cosby of sexual assault.

So we might think that it is precisely the controversy that stirs the envy of certain show promoters who perhaps hope to benefit from a major bad buzz since, as everyone knows, there is no bad publicity.
