On July 10, heavy rainfall occurred in Bazhong City, Sichuan. The local area has urgently initiated Level III flood control emergency response. The heavy rainfall has caused disasters in 67 towns and villages, and 817 people have been relocated.

  Affected by heavy rainfall, the water levels of the rivers in Pakistan and China continued to rise.

At 15:10 on the 10th, the flood peak water level of Bazhong Hydrological Station, Nanjiang River, Bazhou District, Bazhong, was 363.90 meters, the water level increased by about 8.03 meters, the over-warning water level was 0.20 meters, and the corresponding flow was 8570 cubic meters per second. The river is still rising. The flood control situation is grim.

  At 16:00 on the 10th, the Bazhong City Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters decided to urgently initiate Level III flood control emergency response.
