  According to the official resume, Ba Shuhuan, male, Mongolian, born in August 1957, from Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, with a university degree, joined the Communist Party of China in August 1976, and started working in September 1975.

From December 2015 to September 2016, he served as the chairman of the Hulunbuir CPPCC; from September 2016 to May 2018, he was dismissed; from May 2018, he retired.

  Bai Aijun, male, Mongolian nationality, born in August 1961, from Chaoyang, Liaoning Province, university degree, joined the Communist Party of China in July 1984, and started work in April 1980.

Since January 2018, he has served as a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Hulunbuir Municipal People's Congress.

  Guo Wenhuan, male, Han nationality, born in May 1967, from Tumoteyou Banner, Inner Mongolia, with a postgraduate degree. He joined the Communist Party of China in June 1994 and started working in August 1986.

Since August 2020, he has served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Baotou Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the Propaganda Department.

  Wang Yunliang, male, Han nationality, was born in December 1964 in Qingshuihe County, Inner Mongolia. He joined the Communist Party of China in January 1986 and started working in July 1988.

Since June 2021, he has been a member of the Party Group of the Big Data Center of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

  Jiang Baodong, male, Han nationality, born in April 1963 in Dalian City, Liaoning Province, university degree, joined the Communist Party of China in June 1997, and started working in August 1987.

Since October 2018, he has served as a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Sports Bureau of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

  Wu Rishan, male, Mongolian nationality, born in March 1955, from Kezuozhong Banner, Inner Mongolia, university degree, joined the Communist Party of China in February 1980, and started working in April 1971.
