　　There are 7 members of the Qualification Examination Committee, whose term of office will begin on July 6 this year. The chairman is Li Jiachao. The official members include the Director of the Special Administrative Region Government's Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau Zeng Guowei, the Director of Home Affairs Bureau Xu Yingwei, and the Director of Security Bureau Deng Bingqiang.

Non-official members include Liang Aishi, Fan Xulitai and Liu Zunyi.

The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region National Security Committee, based on the review of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government’s Police Department’s National Security Maintenance Department, determines whether candidates for election committee members, candidates for the Chief Executive, and candidates for the Legislative Council are in compliance with supporting the Basic Law of Hong Kong and loyal to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China The statutory requirements and conditions shall be judged, and those who do not meet the above statutory requirements and conditions shall issue a review opinion to the Qualification Examination Board.
