Currently, the Xicheng District Housing Management Bureau has filed a case for Beijing Wo Ai Wojia Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd. based on the investigations of relevant departments and relevant policies and regulations, and ordered the company to suspend business for rectification of the stores involved, deal with the employees involved, and immediately proceed within the company. Carry out self-examination and self-correction.
At the same time, it cooperated with the Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-rural Development to take measures to restrict the employment of the two employees involved.
According to the official WeChat message of the Beijing Xicheng District Housing Administration Bureau, the Xicheng District Housing Administration Bureau organized major real estate brokerage agencies such as Lianjia and I Love Wojia within its jurisdiction to hold work meetings, and put forward work requirements for real estate brokerage agencies to actively cooperate with the implementation of education reform policies.
The meeting required all agencies to strengthen the management of housing releases, not to use school district housing as a selling point to release housing; regulate business undertaking management, and do not accept commissions that are significantly higher than market prices.
Xicheng District requires all companies to conduct internal self-examination. The main content: whether individual practitioners have established customer groups and made inappropriate remarks; whether practitioners publish or forward through WeChat Moments, WeChat groups, QQ groups or other self-media channels involving educational reforms Inappropriate remarks on the policy; whether the company and stores publish housing information related to "school district housing"; whether the company, stores, and employees use school district housing as a selling point to encourage sellers to increase quotations.
