The presidents of the medical service company have been accused by the Tokyo National Taxation Bureau of hiding the income from the life insurance money of the president who had a corporate contract and evading about 90 million yen including corporate tax.

Two people were accused, including the medical service company "Pacific Globe" in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, and Ryuzo Namba (56), the president of this company.

According to the people concerned, Pacific Globe received the life insurance money of about 400 million yen that the former president died in 2017 and had a corporate contract.

President Namba recorded this insurance money as an extraordinary profit, but there is a suspicion that he made a fake advertising expense for the lie that created the company's homepage and pretended to be low income.

In June, the Inspection Department of the Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office filed a complaint with the Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office for hiding income of about 270 million yen and evading about 90 million yen including corporate tax and consumption tax.

President Namba commented to NHK's interview, "It is true that the national tax authorities have pointed out. We will take it seriously and pay taxes properly according to the guidance."
