In early July, the plateau summer vegetables in the terraced fields of Gaofeng Township, Anding District, Dingxi City, Gansu Province entwined the mountains, like the green "staff" played a country overture.
Anding District is located in the hilly and gully area of the Loess Plateau, with a fragile ecological environment.

At present, more than 20 high-altitude summer vegetable varieties such as celery and cabbage are grown in this area, which are mainly sold to the southeast coastal markets such as Guangdong, Zhejiang, Fujian, and Shanghai, to make up for the shortage of summer vegetable supply in the southeast coastal area.
