Employees of a travel agency visited a farm in Nambu Town and exchanged opinions with producers in an attempt to make the new variety of cherries "Juno Heart" developed by Aomori Prefecture a new attraction for tourism.

This is the first time the prefecture has planned to utilize "Juno Heart" to increase the number of tourists, and on the 5th, 10 people including employees of travel agencies inside and outside the prefecture are producing "Juno Heart" in the southern town. We visited two farms.

Of these, at Mr. Yoshihiro Tamagawa's farm, participants said that Juno Heart looks beautiful, so you can put a desk in the house and enjoy tea while watching it, and experience the harvest of Juno Heart. There was an opinion that a type of tour could be done.

A woman in her 40s at a travel agency in Sendai said, "I saw Juno Heart for the first time, but it was colorful and impressed. I want people in the Tohoku region to know it, not just in the Tokyo metropolitan area and Kansai." I was talking.

Mr. Yoshihiro Tamagawa said, "I heard an opinion that could be adopted soon, so I would like to refer to it from now on."

The opinions expressed will be compiled by the prefecture and shared with the producers of Juno Heart in the prefecture, which will lead to tourism from next year onwards.
