On July 4, Jinsha County, Bijie City, Guizhou Province, was hit by heavy rains, causing waterlogging in many urban areas.
In the evening, many cars and people were trapped in the stagnant water, and the vehicles had begun to float in the water. The Jinsha County Fire Rescue Brigade immediately rushed to the scene to carry out rescue operations.
As of the early morning of July 5, firefighters successfully evacuated 37 trapped people.
