  Due to the nature of the work and the requirements of the production process, units that cannot stop high-temperature operations or suspend outdoor work during high-temperature periods should do a good job in preventing heatstroke and cooling: formulate emergency plans for heatstroke prevention and cooling, regularly organize drills, implement various measures to prevent heatstroke High-temperature labor protection work; conduct health examinations for high-temperature workers, and adjust working positions for workers who suffer from heart, lung, cerebrovascular diseases, tuberculosis, central nervous system diseases, and other physical conditions that are not suitable for high-temperature working environments; According to production characteristics and specific conditions, rationally arrange working hours and rotation operations, try to shorten a continuous operation time, appropriately increase the rest time of workers in high-temperature working environments and reduce labor intensity.

  Employers should actively improve working conditions and working environment, add necessary ventilation or cooling equipment in high-temperature workplaces, provide workers with sufficient heatstroke prevention and cooling beverages and necessary medicines, and it is absolutely forbidden to issue money to replace the heatstroke prevention and cooling beverages that should be provided.
