After verification, Xinzhou Sunde Hospital has illegal behaviors such as changing medical materials and medical items outside the scope of medical insurance payment into expenses within the scope of medical insurance policy, and applying for medical insurance settlement of hospitalization expenses.
According to relevant regulations, the settlement of medical insurance agreements for illegal diagnosis and treatment projects has been suspended. At present, 300,000 yuan of illegal fees have been recovered, and the remaining issues are being further processed.
The Yellow River Hospital in Hequ County had violations such as conducting deep hyperthermia without the approval and filing of relevant higher-level departments. The relevant departments recovered 26,500 yuan of illegal fees and imposed a penalty of 53,000 yuan.
