As the occupational vaccination of the new coronavirus vaccine progresses, some companies are vaccination on holidays for the families of employees.

Of these, FANCL, which handles health foods and cosmetics in Naka-ku, Yokohama, is inoculated for 3 and 4 days for families who have difficulty receiving inoculation on weekdays due to work or child-rearing.

It means that employees and their families were informed in advance that it was not compulsory so that they would not feel that they had to be vaccinated.

At the venue, we have devised ways to relieve tension by playing music and arranging chairs for sitting during follow-up in a position that is easy for doctors to see.

In addition, a public health nurse patrols every 30 minutes to adjust the amount of vaccine to be opened so that the vaccine will not be discarded due to sudden cancellation.

A man in his twenties who visited with his father's employee said, "I also have work on weekdays and I don't have time, so I'm grateful to be able to inoculate on holidays."

FANCL President Kazuyuki Shimada said, "There are many people with families, and I think it was a good opportunity to get a wide range of hits."

Approximately 380 people were vaccinated in one day of the 3rd, and 2,400 people will be vaccinated by next month.
