"Tom and Jerry in New York" (Tom and Jerry in New York).

Starting July 1 on HBO Max

The film about the adventures of Tom the cat and Jerry the mouse in New York traditionally includes numerous chases and caricatured fights.

The action of the animated series takes place in a five-star hotel and on the streets of a metropolis.

In addition to the key characters, other characters from the original cartoon will appear in the frame - the bulldog Spike, the street cat Butch and the white cat Toodles.

Tom and Jerry, invented in 1940 by animators William Hannah and Joseph Barbera, have been the heroes of more than 160 short films that have won seven Oscars over the years.

Also, the adventures of the legendary cat and mouse formed the basis of a number of animated series, comics, video games and feature films.

The latter, starring Chloe Grace Moretz, was released in February 2021.

Monsters at Work.

From July 7th on Disney +

The audience met funny monsters Sally and Mike in 2001.

The history of the Pixar studio has grown into a small franchise, to which a multi-part project was added 20 years after the start.

Monsters at Work is a sequel to the first film, Monsters, Inc.

At the end of the original tape, the firm, in which the main characters Mike and Sally worked, stopped extracting energy from children's screams, and switched to their laughter.

The funny Mike and Sally took places in the leadership, while the life of the unfunny scares, on the contrary, became more complicated.

In the center of the narrative of the new series is the professional monster Tyler Taskman, who in the new realities manages to get a job only in the maintenance department.

Tyler will work surrounded by hapless mechanics and try to adapt to these conditions.

Many roles were voiced by the actors who worked on the first film: Billy Crystal, John Goodman, John Ratzenberger, Jennifer Tilly, Bob Peterson and others.

The Patrick Star Show.

July 9th on Nickelodeon

The Patrick Star Show is a spin-off of the popular TV series SpongeBob SquarePants.

In the story, starfish Patrick lives in the same house with his parents, younger sister and grandfather.

The hero turns his bedroom into a platform for a humorous show, which he himself leads.

Den Of Geek author Lee Parham warns that some elements of the plot of this animated series run counter to the events of the main project.

So, the animators reworked the image of Patrick and rethought the history of his family.

SpongeBob is also expected to appear in the frame.

"Masters of the Universe: Revelation".

From July 23rd on Netflix

The history of the film franchise "Masters of the Universe" began in the first half of the 1980s, when the fantastic animated series "He-Man and the Masters of the Universe" was released.

The universe was supplemented by two full-length projects and a remake of a serial for a family audience, and in 1987 the premiere of a feature film with Dolph Lundgren in the title role took place.

The plot revolves around the adventures of Prince Adam, who lives on the fictional planet Eternia.

Only a few close friends of Adam know that he is Chi-Man, a great warrior.

The prince confronts the villain Skeletor, who is trying to gain power over the world.

The new series continues the storyline of the first project.

According to director Kevin Smith, the word "revelation" in the title refers to the line of the central character Teela.

She has to learn something about herself that the authors hinted at back in the 1980s.

The filmmakers promise that the heroes will face big changes, and all the secrets will be revealed.

The roles in the tape are voiced by actors from popular film and television projects, including Mark Hamill (Star Wars), Liam Cunningham (Game of Thrones), Alicia Silverstone (Blast from the Past), Sarah Michelle Gellar (Buffy the Slayer vampires "), Lina Headey (" Game of Thrones ") and others.

Chip 'n' Dale.

From July 28 to Disney +

Chipmunks Chip and Dale temporarily left their job as rescuers and got rid of their famous suits to enjoy life in nature.

In the new series, the characters will try to settle in the city park.

The action of the tape develops without words.

Other Disney characters will appear in the frame: Butch the Bulldog, Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse's pet Pluto.

The series' producers include Marc Du Pontaviche (The Beginning of Time, Zig and Charcot) and Ferrell Barron (Monsters at Work).

The musical accompaniment to the picture was written by the composer Vincent Artaud ("Auggie and the Cockroaches").

The project includes three episodes of seven minutes each.
