A state of upheaval hit the Lebanese street, after the spread of a video clip of the young Farouk al-Hamwi from the al-Mankoubin area in Tripoli, appealing to “people of conscience” to help operate a machine to provide oxygen to his asthmatic child, after the permanent power outages and turning off the generators due to the loss of diesel.

This publication provoked the majority of the Lebanese people of all sects and sects, in solidarity with the scene of the three-year-old girl, Queen of Hamwi, who suffers from asthma, especially with the influential scene of her father Farouk al-Hamwi, who is asking for help, given that the asthma crises that the girl suffers from require treatment using a device that needs treatment. A batch to provide basically cut off electricity.

According to a report by "Sky News Arabia", after the spread of the scene of the father carrying his daughter, making calls for distress, the initiatives abounded, whether through social media or by reaching the girl's residence in al-Mankoubin, on the outskirts of Tripoli.

The latest of these initiatives was published on the page of the Lebanese journalist Wissam Al-Nabhan on Facebook, in which he requested to facilitate access to the child's father, to help him.

Al-Nabhan spoke, and said: "The video of the girl and the father appealing to the world provoked me. I decided to dispense with the electric generator that I owned, and to deliver it to Tripoli as a gift from my daughter Zahraa in the south, to a queen in the north."

He pointed out that hours after the call spread, he received a call from the girl's relative, and indeed he contacted her father to tell him that he would arrive tomorrow (today, Friday), which is a deadline so that he could obtain a sufficient amount of gasoline, to deliver the generator to Tripoli.

In turn, the Lebanese artist, Elissa, appealed to her followers via Twitter and anyone who knows a way to communicate with the child's father, as she republished the video clip through her account on Twitter, and wrote: "If possible, I know who the person is and his number ... Belize, I don't want to see ridiculous responses to me because this is the only way." We ask for."

The three-year-old daughter, Malakah, who was born with asthma, whose crises are severe in the summer, lives with her sick father and grandfathers. The grandmother has asthma and the grandfather suffers from heart problems, under very difficult circumstances.

The father of the 25-year-old girl says: "I am the sole breadwinner for my family. I used to paint furniture, and today I stopped my work because the shop was closed. I am tired of treatment that I do not have a quarter of its price and I am not able to secure electricity."

The young man added: "After the video, the initiatives quickly began, and I don't know how and where?... Its beginning came from Brigadier General Shamil Roukoz, who sent me a solar-powered device, but I don't know who Brigadier General Roukoz is! (Member of the Lebanese Parliament)."

He continued, "I received another call from someone who said that he would come to me from the city of Tire in southern Lebanon to provide me with an electric generator, as well as another from the city of Tripoli."

He added, "I am fair to the chivalry of the Lebanese people. We love each other, were it not for these politicians."

Al-Hamwi promised that he "will give the additional birth to a 9-month-old child with asthma, in the city of Tripoli. I met him once at the doctor, and whenever I receive help, I will transfer it to someone like me who needs help."

In turn, Al-Hamwi’s sick mother spoke, saying: “Yesterday, news spread about the death of my granddaughter Malakah, so we learned that everything that happened in Tripoli (demonstrations) came as a result of an angry reaction to hearing the news, which, thankfully, was not true.”

And she continued, "My husband, my granddaughter and I live in the custody of God and of my young son, who has become a breadwinner without work, but in our crisis we realized that the Lebanese people are a thousand good, had it not been for the politicians."
