The Eshan County Field Headquarters organized on-site inspections, increased traffic and power control, cleaned the work site, fed the elephants scientifically, and guided the migration of the elephants according to the migration routes of the elephants; set stuck points and prohibited non-workers from the pre-warning prompts. The Xinping County Field Headquarters was put into operation, and various emergency preparednesses were made.
The 4 on-site headquarters in Kunming and Yuxi operated simultaneously.
