A male teacher at a ward junior high school in Tokyo was dismissed from disciplinary action for repeatedly kissing and touching female students.
The disciplinary dismissal was the chief teacher of a 43-year-old man at a ward junior high school.
According to the city's board of education, the chief teacher kissed and touched the schoolgirl in the class at least 28 times at a commercial facility near the school from January to February. It means that he was repeating sexual acts such as swearing.
The chief teacher and the schoolgirl exchanged mobile phone numbers and LINE IDs in January, and developed into a relationship.
In response to the investigation by the city, the chief teacher said, "I'm really sorry that it hurt the female students."
The Tokyo Board of Education commented, "I am very regrettable for the act of damaging the credibility of education in Tokyo as a whole. I would like to show a strict attitude toward obscene cases and lead to deterrence."
