A demonstration experiment will be held in Kabukicho, Shinjuku from the 30th, in which an antigen test will be conducted to see if the patient is infected with the new coronavirus before going to a restaurant and the results will be received on a smartphone.

The demonstration experiment will be conducted by the Tokyo Medical Association at Okubo Park in Kabukicho, Shinjuku, the largest entertainment district in Tokyo, from the 30th to the 3rd.

The target was employees and customers of five restaurants in Kabukicho selected by the ward, and on the 28th, the rehearsal was held with the participation of the staff of the Medical Association.

The person to be tested will collect the sample from the nose by registering the e-mail address and face photo.

The sample is judged on the spot, the result arrives on the smartphone in about 15 minutes, and it is displayed on the screen.

The store side urges customers who come to the store to carry out inspections in advance, and the feature is that customers can be inspected quickly without registering personal information such as their names.

The aim is to ensure the safety of our customers as well as having restaurants that continue to suffer from corona's illness operate with peace of mind.

Iwao Kurose, director of the Tokyo Metropolitan Medical Association, said, "If everyone who enters the store is negative, we can ensure safety and security. We would like to verify the effectiveness of the experiment and spread our efforts."
