The Tobu-Tojo Line has been suspended from operating on the up and down lines between Ikebukuro Station and Ogawamachi Station in Saitama Prefecture from around 6:16 am on the 28th due to the effects of a personal injury that occurred at Naka-itabashi Station.
According to Tobu Railway, it is scheduled to resume operation around 7:30 am.
