On the night of the 21st, a house was burnt down in Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture, and two people were found dead in the burnt remains.

Around 7:20 pm on the 21st, a neighbor reported to the fire department that a fire was coming out of the house of Sachiko Saito (74) in Ikeda Town, Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture.
Three fire trucks went out to extinguish the fire, and the fire was extinguished about three hours later, but about 117 square meters of a wooden one-story house was completely burned down, and two people were found dead in the burnt remains.
After the fire, Saito and his son Tetsuya (55) were out of contact, and police are checking the identity of the body and investigating the cause of the fire.
The site is a village located in the mountains about 3 km from JR Awa-Ikeda Station.
