According to news on June 21, on June 18, the first newly-built 220 kV substation in Xiong'an New District-Jucun Substation was officially completed and put into operation.
The Jucun Substation is located in the Rongdong area of the Xiongan New District. It is a key project in the Xiongan New District. It is a hub substation to undertake the entry of Zhangbei Wind Power into Xiongan.
The project officially started construction in September 2019, and its completion and commissioning will provide strong power guarantee for the large-scale construction of Xiongan New District.
The Jucun Substation is based on the substation, and innovatively explores the combined use of the earth-covered space to realize the integration of the exterior of the substation with the surrounding green landscape, forming an open garden square.
