, this Saturday, about thirty personalities plead for the creation of a "office check".

Like restaurant vouchers or holiday vouchers, this would aim to "facilitate access to local workspaces while allowing the maintenance of the social life of remote workers".

Among these personalities are several officials from the business world, trade unionists but also the former Minister of Labor Myriam El Khomri and Benoît Hamon.

“We offer a universal 'office check' with which employees could pay for access to a third place or coworking space and use its facilities,” they write.

Remedy "the nuisances of teleworking without reducing its benefits"

In addition, they propose that this device be co-financed by the State and local communities and that the social and economic committee of enterprises also participate in the financing.

The office check would then be issued directly by the employer or through a specialized company.

The signatories, who also include Louis Gallois, former boss in particular of EADS, SNCF and PSA, are relying on a national agreement dating from November 2020. “The agreement mentions for the first time the need to prevent professional isolation that can result from poorly organized teleworking.

Let us rely on this progress to build a new law which would remedy the nuisances of teleworking without reducing its benefits, ”they add
