According to JR East, the JR Yamanote Line, which had been suspended due to electrical system troubles, resumed operation on all lines at around 9:38 pm.
On the other hand, the JR Saikyo Line, JR Shonan-Shinjuku Line, and Sotetsu Line, which operates directly to JR, are being prepared for resumption of operation in sequence.
