"Ultraviolet radiation will be as dangerous as possible," TASS quoted Wilfand as saying.
He warned of the need to take precautions, as being outside during the daytime can lead to health problems.
“It is better not to be on the street at this time,” said the forecaster.
Earlier, Wilfand warned of dangerous heat in Moscow in the coming days.
