Patient Li Mouting, female, 30 years old, lives in Baiyue Shangcheng Community, Nancheng Street, Dongguan City.
Fever started at about 16:00 on June 17 with itchy throat, cough, and runny nose. I drove to the fever clinic of Dongguan Kanghua Hospital at 19:00. The temperature was measured at 38°C. The preliminary screening results in the early morning of the 18th were nasopharyngeal specimens and throat swabs. All the specimens were positive. The second sample was collected on June 18, and the nucleic acid of the nasopharyngeal specimen was positive, and the throat swab specimen was positive for nucleic acid.
A case of new coronary pneumonia (mild) was diagnosed after expert consultation and was transferred to a designated hospital for isolation and treatment. The current situation is stable.
After receiving the report, Dongguan quickly activated the emergency command system, set up an on-site emergency response team, quickly organized forces to carry out flow traceability, delineated the scope of control areas, implemented hierarchical and classified control of people and places involved in the epidemic, and coordinated the entire control area. Nucleic acid screening of employees, personnel health management, and terminal disinfection of the site environment.
In accordance with the latest guidelines of Guangdong Province, implement centralized isolation medical observation for close contacts and sub-close contacts such as family members, immediate family members, households in the building where they live, and contact persons in activity traces, and the residential communities of the cases , Work units and places involved in the Dongguan activity track are included in the first batch of closed management areas.
Residential districts within a range of about 2 kilometers around the closed management area are controlled as closed areas. The general public in the area cannot leave the community without special reasons, and do not go out or gather unless necessary.
As of 17:00 on June 18, 163 people in close contact with Dongguan have been preliminarily determined, and all of them have implemented centralized quarantine medical observation.
Currently, in-depth epidemiological investigations and virus traceability are being carried out against the clock.
Nucleic acid tests for all employees in the five streets (towns) of Guancheng, Dongcheng, Wanjiang, Nancheng, and Machong involved in the action track of the confirmed cases were carried out, and sampling was planned to be completed before 9 o'clock on the 19th.
