According to the Saitama Prefectural Police Headquarters, a man is holding a female employee in his twenties as a hostage at an internet cafe in Omiya Ward, Saitama City.
Around 4 pm on the 17th, the store reported to the police that "a female employee who was called by a customer around 2 pm and entered the private room booth did not return."
Investigators continue to persuade men and women to be in the private booth on the 7th floor.
