The appeal for help launched by its manufacturer, the company Le Mée, ended up bearing fruit.
This Tuesday morning, the leaders of the Morbihan club found the huge banner abandoned on the port.
It was the mayor of the city David Robo, who announced it on his Twitter account.
If the affair had caused so much talk, it was because the flag in question was immense!
The famous Gwenn ha designed by the company from Saint-Grégoire near Rennes, was once considered the largest in the world with its 22 m wide by 15 m high and a surface area of 330 m².
According to our colleagues from France Bleu, the flag was a little damaged and will have to be repaired before taking place on the side of the Breton roads for the start of the Tour de France, which will be given from Brest on June 26.
