In 2020, under the effect of conflicts, economic crises exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic and climatic events, acute food insecurity further increased.

The Global Network Against Food Crises thus predicts a “difficult” year in 2021.


On the occasion of the world day against hunger, we take stock of the situation in the world and in particular in Madagascar and Syria.
