During the operation, Guangdong Customs seized more than 2.421 million infringing goods.

  According to reports, the three customs joint enforcement actions are part of the national customs intellectual property protection special action (code-named "Long Teng Action 2021"). The infringing goods seized mainly included mobile phone accessories, flash memory cards, sports shoes, luggage and so on.

  On May 9, 2021, Huanggang Customs of Shenzhen Customs found that about 4000 parcels in the outbound parcels carried by a company in Guangzhou were suspected of infringement. The parcels contained luggage, leather goods, glasses, clothing and other items that were suspected of infringement and were protected by the General Administration of Customs. "LV" "GUCCI" and other trademark rights.

At present, the case is being further processed.

  During the operation, Huangpu Customs, affiliated to Fenggang Customs, seized a batch of labels and stickers of suspected infringement of the "Nestle" trademark that had been declared for export to Singapore (Hong Kong transshipment) through cross-border e-commerce, a total of 1.025 million pieces.

The right holder confirmed that the batch of trademark labels are infringing products, and the case is currently under further processing.

  The Guangdong Branch of the General Administration of Customs stated that in the next step, Guangdong Customs will resolutely crack down on various import and export infringements, create a good business environment for cross-border trade, and help build a strong country with intellectual property rights.
