Anna Labouze and Keimis Henni, both artistic directors of the General Stores, present the exhibition "Hotel Sahara" which takes place within the framework of Africa 2020. A special program prepared with the close collaboration of Amélie Beaucour.

How to perceive a territory as vast, so mysterious, so attractive and at the same time as frightening as the Sahara?
Between fantasies and projections;
between imprints of the past and geographic, geopolitical and cultural questions, ten young multidisciplinary artists from the different countries of the Saharan strip met for a residency in the middle of the desert to provide their answers to these different questions.
Their works are brought together in an exhibition, as part of the Africa2020 season.
"Hôtel Sahara" can be discovered at the General Stores in Pantin, near Paris, until October 2.
